Had my front bar blacked out after the repairs from the accident. Also activated the factory foglights that the repairer put in and activated my bluetooth.

Looks good, how much the dealer charge to activate? Will be doing that with mine soon

I just got a Spirit of competition from a mate but even though it looks sexy as, i dunno if it will just look dumb and a wannabe on my ES

I sprayed my Mitsubishi Logo's on my Centrecaps! Will add more pics to my thread later on when it dries :3 But am loving the colour!!!!!

If anyone's interested, Eunis, the guy I bought it from, has one left for $150.00 I think, as well as two sets of VRX wheels with tyres - first in will get pick of best 4 rims and tyres).

Went to go buy some OEM parts from the dealer for an upcoming service - about 1,500kms away. What an ordeal. Long wait times, even with very few other customers.

No sump plug crush washer in stock, no big deal... but no plans on ordering in the near future. So what is the service dept next door using on customers' cars?!

No LSD gear oil in stock - didn't even know what it was in the first place, what name or part number it sold under, even after asking my make and model of car; and after me specifying precisely Diaqueen LSD Gear Oil SAE 90.

Was going to sell me the Nissan dual clutch fluid instead of the Mitsubishi, because that's all they had.

I came to the dealer instead of a third party/discount parts store because I wanted the original OEM parts, I don't want bullshit alternates/substitutions... and one which WILL void my warranty.

Today is the day I cease all further business with the Lander motor group.

Got sick of the holes where my number plate was so decided to take advantage of the 20% off at super cheap so I bought some brushed metal titanium vinyl this is what I did

From previous experience with a black out and tearing we decided to duct tape the inside behind the holes to prevent tearing at speed/from general use sorry for the bad quality photos but I think that you get the over all picture,
Now I understand why people pay others to do it, it took me and my brother in law 2 hours or so and much frustration , but worth it in the end I think

Finally did my sst fluid and filter change. Took 2 hours + faff time. Took 7ltrs out and had just 7ltr of diaqueen which I put in (had a couple of ltr's of the Ford powershift fluid in case I needed more). Pretty easy job from start to finish - taking the plastic under body off probably took the longest amount of time.
Unfortunately haven't been able to drive it yet as the misses is parked on front of me and I can't be bothered to swap the cards over at the moment - logging laptop is ready to go though
