TrojanHorse wrote:I got the OEM gear knob Ive been after for a while that I found on ebay recently (with the stuffed thread) in the mail today. Thought I was going to have to have it filled and drilled or something (IE: fix it) to fit it cause it doesnt have the little removeable plastic insert like the leather/plastic knobs but tried screwing it on as is and managed to get it on there anywayTook it for a drive, all solid too! So dont know how its going to go once I take it off to fit a short shifter at a later date but its on there for now. Will put up pics in my thread later.
Awesome erin!

Now i need to figure out how to adapt the manual shift boot to the cvt surround. Or just buy a new shift boot. Red or white stitching...hmm
