Happy with the brightness of your angel lights ayrton? Are they as bright as they are in the pictures?

I cleaned spare wheels which I am going to put up for sale. What does this have to do with 'what I did to my car today?' Nothing.. it got dirty from me cleaning the wheels. lol

Picked up my front bar from Steven today.

Removed the air dams and C-lip and cleaned them in preparation to be installed onto my bar.

Need to get myself some double sided tape :)

Ben wrote:Hi all. I did this to my car on Thurs but to be fair Im a newbie so in fairness I didnt even know this thread existed. I had a Talon rear diffuser & Xforce dual exhaust fitted. I was concerned about losing power with the dual mufflers but Luke from Mercury Motorsport assured me this wouldnt happen with the xforce. He said the 2.5 pipe splits into smaller pipes before hitting the mufflers which maintains torque. You can see the smaller pipes in the last photo. After driving it I know hes right, certainly feels like there is no loss of power, or maybe Im just thinking that coz of the awesome sound. Mercury have a new fabricator & it took him 8 hrs to modify the diffuser and fabricate the pipes from the resonator back coz the 2012 exhaust is kinda different to previous lancers. They only charged me for 4 hrs. Those guys are champions! This thing sounds sick, I find myself using any excuse to drive somewhere just so I can listen to it! Forgot about this thread.
fitted my newly arrived 4-2-1 Super Circuit headers.
Attached RA snorkel too.
feels like there is more low end torque.
I don't think I'm going to bother with a fart cannon.
I cant seem to justify $$$ and I am worried about the CVT drone on the highway.
i would have to sit and listen in someones car before i would even consider changing the exhaust.
reckon just a tune next. and that's it

The RA snorkel is very easy. it just clips in on the air box side.
The front intake side I had to use cable ties as the mounting screws did not line up from the original NA mounts.

The SS 4-2-1 headers were a little tricky and very time consuming as both of us had not done this before.
some of the original bolts were so friggen tight.
and when i took of the heat shield i sort of bent it. so i had to hammer it back into shape.
In my opinion the 4-2-1 header replacement is definitely a 2 man job for non mechanics.
Follow the guides on here and keep a copy of the Lancer Workshop manual its very detailed in the diagrams of what to take off first.
