I got hold of the new 3m external grade carbon fibre vinyl (scotch print 1080 not the di-noc) and had some fun. Re did the front black out and proceeded to do the grill and c-lip as well. And kept going with spoiler accents, b pillar, bonnet accent strips. as well as finishing off the a, b and c internal pillars. Photo's when I get a chance

Took the Lancer to the mechanics about the gearbox but they reckon nothing's wrong. AGAIN. Honestly why doesn't it do the clunk thing when you're taking it to the mechanics? It was being good today. Tomorrow it will probably clunk again :(

At least they're putting it into the computer that I complained about it at my 1500 service and today. If something does come of it down the track at least they can't say that I didn't tell them.

On the bright side the guy who took it for a test drive (service manager I think he was) had bought an Orange SX for his wife. Out of all the cars he had to pick from at a Holden/Mitsubishi/Hyundai dealers he picked the SX Lancer.

Had a go at installing the side air dam accent trim and rear bumper protection strip,(Both OEM)

Mitsubishi vinyl fairly easy to work with as its thicker than conventional vinyl, just spray soapy water at the back of it so you can move it around, squeegy the water off then use the hair dryer.
