Blacked out the front bumper today, pretty crappy job since it was my first time working with vinyl (yeah I know, excuses excuses) and I've also cut out the front intake slot thingies. The vinyl has got heaps of little bubbles in it but from far away it looks ok.
Also while cleaning the interior today I've discovered I really need to buy scuff plates
when I first did my vinyl it was dodgy too, don't worry
The best way to do it is by doing it on a moist surface with a squeegee I've heard.. I did mine on a dry surface with a credit card
popped all the air bubbles with pins and flattened them out, only had a few small wrinkles which were only visible if you were closely inspecting the vinyl
Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul.

Mine's got heaps of little bubbles which you can easily see too, but only if you're close up. I figured not many people would be up that close to the front to see them so it didn't really bother me.
I need to get a present for my girlfriend's 21st, any ideas?
