Garage image uploader looks broken. Dunno since when but wont be related to my changes, as the errors you are getting is a permissions issue. Matt will have to look at that on his return, suspect the garage uploader has been broken for some time... *shrug*

I told Matt about the ClubCJ Image's Up-Loader a few weeks before he went on holidays. :!:

But it seems like nothing was done about it.

To be honest, it is probably better using photobucket etc anyways. Keeps the load off the CCJ server and it is someone else's problem

No we want members to use ccj photo loader because if they remove the photos from photobucket then we can no longer see them.

Pete for the last hour ccj has lagged and pages not load at all.

I believe the site is very busy at the moment.

Yup it is.

I've increased the number of available slots to process incoming requests.
I had set it a bit conservative, the more slots I open the more resources they consume, so the value I had used was a conservative guess. I'll see how the new values go during busy times....
