Also today went to STRUTS-R-US to get some gas struts fitted :D

Very happy with the guys service, knowledgeable & good price! Had to do a bit of troubleshooting to find what fitted a Lancer (think bonnet different to Evo's) but got it done & very easy to open bonnet now (+ i can get rid of stupid bonnet lifter now)..

Full detail in preparation for all ford day :P

wash, autoglym clay bar, 2 coats of super resin polish. First coat by machine, 2nd by hand. Then to complete a coat of autoglym HD wax :)

If you are looking for bonnet gas struts check eBay $66 delivered from a seller called zenaracing ( don't know how to post link ), take you 20 minutes to install supplied with instructions and all brackets are specifically made to fit the cj lancer
