I have added a picture to the original post taken today, as I have now taken them off.

They are ready to go. Pads are hardly worn. All I can say is the brakes are bedded in.

question; do you need the brackets to cover the extra distance from the strut mount?

My brakes will be a direct bolt on to an ES or VR.

The calipers just slip on over the axle. and the calipers just bolt on the same spot.

the only difference i belive is a slightly larger single piston. disks may be slightly thicker also.
the main difference is the rear brakes as they are actually larger dia rotors, To an ES and i think VR also

They are about 25mm bigger in diameter, the discs.

Not sure about the calipers but I suspect like Blake said the calipers have a bigger piston.

They will have a bigger brake force then ES/VR brakes.

Ken I only bought the front brakes. I paid $350 plus delivery. I machined and slotted them and fitted new pads.

BUMP!

I can not believe that some one with a ES or VR has not grabbed these already.

Look these are bigger then your brakes and travelled less then 5000km of light driving. I am very easy on my brakes.

If you have an ES or VR and especially travelled around 40-50,000km then you will be up for new pads and maybe machining. It would be a great time to fit these. Cheap and better then origin.

Remember every thing is there and they bolt straight on.
