Hey All,

New around here and just wanted to get some opinions on the art work I'm doing for the front and rear windscreens.. This will end up on my XLS (Cool silver).

Feel free to bag it out.. or praise me.. hahah. I want any and all feedback. Please excuse my lack of spelling also. Appreciate the pick up.

I'm not sure if I'll get this printed on vinyl or cut instead.. Anyways, let me know what you all think.

Cheers

They look good, personally I think the top one looks too busy.

So are these a design you have on your computer?
How much are you expecting them to cost?

Hahaha, how good is my spelling? Thanks for the pick up guys. I shall be changing that tonight.

I was thinking the bottom one also, as its pretty much replicating the one that use to be offered by Mitsubishi. Well from the artwork I can find. I'm thinking the top might pop more on the car though, due to it being silver?!!?

@Lancer1993 - Yes these are on my computer (Ex-sign writer, now do it for a hobby), and I don't think I can offer anything for sale. As I'm not a paid member yet.

I was just wondering what you were expecing to pay to get them printed.

I think the top one is good if you want some red highlights, my VRX is black with some yellow. Is it bad to want the Mitsy logo in Yellow?

How did you come up with the shape for the cutout? I've done some graphics work, been trying to get back into it but it's tough without official qualifications.

FYI my spelling is just as bad, what is it with people doing work like this

Thanks for the tip. Didn't even think about that. I'll have to adjust it tonight when I get home.

I'll get back to you once I know how much. ;) I would send you a Pm, but I haven't posted enough yet. Sorry. The shape I have just made up from taking a picture of the car and importing it into Corel. It'll change again though, as this is only temp.

Good to know. ;) Certainly a plus. Do you have the official Mitsu one?

Didn't think of a photo, guess another way is careful measurements. Most I've seen on eBay are just a basic rectangle so you fit them then trim the edge to match.

I know some printers here on the Sunshine coast but not sure is any do large form decals like this.

I feel the best way to do it will be to either "smile" or "frown" the text to suit the curve. The straight basic rectangle ones online don't follow an even path on the decal/sticker. I hope to have this running even in the centre of the sticker. Trial and error, but I'll get there.

I have no issue with doing it print or cut. My old boss still does them for me. :)
