Hey guys just wondering if any of you guys have heard of this Big Brake kit I was looking to purchase it in a few months just wanna see if you guys had any sort of advice as to whether they are any good?

First of all...Im of no help what so ever on these lol...But...definately the strangest looking brakes i have ever seen and cant figure out how that floating cover works?. I have heard good things about MAP though if thats any help

Yeah I've heard MAP were good and big brake kit for 1500 is a great deal

i've been trolling the net about these for months too. Haven't actually found any evidence of it used on Lancer's though. However there has been good reviews i've found on other cars. ie WRX's

and are you refering to the two on the link? the $1500 are for fronts and the $700 are rears. different sized calipers and rotors i'd imagine

I've contacted MAP in regards to any other info they have about them, will let all you guys know what they say.

They do look good. Definately something different. How effective are they doing their job though, and how hardy are they.

$1500 for a full brake kit is pretty good

yeah that's what got me interested in the first place. They are at least $500 to $1500 cheaper then all the other BBK's out there. Plus their design is really unique.
