Strange noise when idling

Just noticed this terrible noise when idling in drive. I’m assuming it has something to do with the pulleys or belts but I don’t have the expertise. It doesn’t happen every time I drive but when it does it’s embarrassing. When I go to neutral it makes no such noise. Here’s the video:

We had one similar to this a few months ago on the forum , from memory it was the automatic belt tensioner on the serpentine belt.
It might be a very wise idea to get the car to a decent mechanic asap

The lancer doesn't have a "fan belt" it has a serpentine belt
The fans are Electronically control via the ECU

Maybe a better vid of the engine bay area?
Where the sound is coming from.

It’s definitely in the engine bay, that’s the thing it doesn’t happen every day and only in drive so if I’m somewhere where I can safely leave it in drive and put the parking brake on I’ll hop out and get a quick video
