Ultra racing strut brace bar INSTALLED

Postby CJVR08 » Wed Jan 06, 2021 7:47 pm

just wanted to update everyone, this forum seems to be very quiet lately.

So I was lucky to find just actual 'one piece steel' front strut brace bar, it was from Ultra racing, so after doing some research I found it was a very good company who were into racing and stuff like that and the fact their products were all steel and one solid piece steel, I felt that's the strongest and best option, I was lucky to find someone on eBay that had a few of them and he did me a good deal and the guy ended sending with the sendle company which I've never heard of before but it turns out he/they used couriers please and I received the bar literally within 48hrs of being picked up from Melbourne to SA.

It was very well packaged and delivered to my hands by the post guy, after removing all of the plastic and bubble wrap it was a simple job of taking off 2 bolts from each strut with a 14mm deep socket and placing the bar down flush and making sure it was sitting nice and solid no movements, then I just tightened up each bolt one by one and managed to install it within literally 5 minutes.

I'll add a few photos and if anybody wants the guys information I can give you his eBay details.

News Flash !!
New has just come across our desk that needs to bring your current show to a halt.
We have received information that the CJ lancer has ceased production and poor sales hasn't done much to help it out.
Sadly this highly under rated vehicle has been let out to the pasture by its manufacturer. Sadly most people have been brainwashed in to thinking it's not "fully sick" enough to put $ , time , energy into, instead they have been brainwashed into thinking that turbos are "fully sick " and as to not be left out in the cold they have all banded together and moved on with their "fully sick " turbos and added extra decals to their cars for extra HP and some serious street cred.
Sources close to the "fully sick " crowd said they like their fully sick turbos and fully sick decals and won't be back.
We wish them all the best

Thanks for your time
Now back to your regular programming

What are you on about?

I like to take pride in my vehicle's, regardless of what they might be worth.

Good to see it fits well. Nothing worse than getting something that doesn’t fit properly

You said the forum is quiet lately
Has been for years

I also take a lot of pride in my vehicles regardless of their age or how man wheels they have or the gross weight
I also take my time with my upgrade and don't rush things and read and learn usually from text books I found some awesome ideas and tried and tested and seen them work and posted about it on this forum to help others out if they want to take the time to read , lean , understand WTF they are doing and get the performance upgrades done to a high standard rather then a half job that so many people seem to accept as being ok or she's right mate type attitude that I come across way too often

It absolutely it's
It's worth its weight in gold
Best of luck if you wish to find a rear brace in Australia if you want to go down that path
