Use OEM filters they cost about the same as good quality brand filters.Check with your local spare parts shop for your oil and coolant requirements.Just use good quality brands and you'll be right.Transmission and differential are a combined unit. There is no transfer case or rear diff in your car and there is no timing belt it has a chain.Brake fluid you can use Dot 3 or Dot 4 when you change it also.Fuel filter isn't due until 105k again use an OEM or Ryco filter for this.Replce your green coolant with green coolant every two years.
Ryco filter numbers- oil Z411
Air A1622
Cabin RCA182P
Fuel Z991 or possibly Z924
Evolution X MR+ Lancer VRX Sportback +LA Lancer GSR

Green is a good coolant colour to have.that means it has rust inhibitors in it.
If its a dirty mud colour thats not good.
That usually means a blown head gasket. Dont know how tough it is to replace on the lancer but done a few other vehicles and its not too tough
