ATM no I'm buying a airbrush, so if i want to do it later i can.

but for now they are staying red.

iv thought about making some DRL's out of some diffused plastic, and having LED's behind it.

but yer i gonna see how it looks when its all on, to whether im gonna paint them black. or not

This weekend:

Drove to Coffs Harbour and back, just under 1000kms. Fuel economy to and from was 6.9l/100. Happy with that, considering the extra weight I was carrying too, especially on the return trip.

iv driven it twice in heavy rain, with no fog light grills so just an opening. and nothing not a single hiccup with the engine. it has to suck a long way, i have just as much change to suck water up in it as i do in the stock box

ill get one eventually but from driving all weekend in some heavy rain and light rain, it didn't affect it at all. and now there is almost no way for water to get in there unless i drive threw a pond. new body kit covers up most of the fog light grill, only space is the small hole.

Not from rain, but if you get a decent splash up there it could get sucked up and destroy the MAF sensor first. The engine can handle a little bit of water, it'll just burn it off (boil really)

And i finally got around to attaching my CAI attachment for my Weapon R: Secret Weapon SRI. Its just like an irrigation hose that attached to the tip of the Pod filter then u can run it to a position near the front of the car.

When i 1st got it i couldent find a decent path to run it. then a few days later i remembered where they ran the ACTUAL CAI kits! so i ran it down and managed to get the scoop end directly beside the passenger side foglight.

well from now the only way water can get in is either through the wheel well vents, from behind the splash guard under the front bumper. and from the small hole for the fog light,k so pretty much id have to drive through alot of water for there to get a large around of water in there.

The reason it has taken me so long is because I used to scrape on my driveway at stock height... Finally though f**k it, I'll live with it. Turns out I scrape less now!! here is why: Clicky

My car is very familiar with lifting its wheel up, every time I go up my driveway it lifts 10 - 15 cms a stock height.

I wish I could lower mine.
