DAB radio new Lancer

I'm having an issue with the audio from the factory fitted DAB radio from my 2016 GSR Lancer. The audio from the digital radio comes through both speakers, but it is only the left or right channel coming through. It's one channel being distributed through both speakers. So I don't know if it is a problem with the head unit, the wiring or connections or if it is coming from the actual broadcast end of the signal. Does anyone else know of or had an issue such as this? I've tried searching online, but haven't found anything regarding this. Before I take it back to the dealer to see if they know anything, I'd like to see if there is any knowledge of the problem existing with others. Other audio from the unit is ok (CD, USB, FM)

Sounds like a reception problem.Do you know anyone else with a DAB fitted to their car? If you do you may be able to do some comparison checks.
