That would be fine if you tend to fill up all the way; I normally only put in $20 and only fill up when I'm going long distances.

True, although I was referring to your trip. You would be filling up on the way, and not trying to push it to the next petrol station to see if your car can make it... it won't!
I might add a pic of my car once I style the exterior a bit :).
