Steve, in your position you should take the concerns of members seriously, especially following the incredibly long, drawn out problems in issuing the welcome packs - which I understand are still not resolved.
If you are in fact deleting posts, that a worry, I can't see Tiff posting anything outrageous knowing her personality...
