if u include freight these are about $25 per unit minimum, we need to keep records troy, i`m sure u understand that? :)

I understand about keeping records. One thing I can tell you Annie is very trustworthy. I say this because you have met me a few times and I don't believe you've met Annie.
All your records need to show is when you send group things to Annie she distributes them to the correct members. This use to happen when I was SA moderator.

A little trust goes a long way.

i trust annie :)

i think your reading my responses the wrong way.

ask annie to sort out the premium members and theyre shirt sizes and i`m happy to freight them to her.

but to keep my records straight i need usernames and member status

arent we saying the same thing?

if not, sue will be keeping a spreadsheet of who receives what, t shirt wise. username and current membership status.

otherwise all sorts of bunfights could arise, like i get a msg from some member in SA saying they didnt get one, then i have to check with annie, yada yada, no there needs to be a central register :)

erp, false alarm, its not quite right yet, logo is a bit thin, cars lines are a bit fat and not the original concept, we dont want the car overpowering the club logo.

i used the wrong image cos it was the right file type but on side by side scrutiny theyre different, the bottom one is the correct image.

Yeah.

When will they arrive?

When are we going to have other items available?

about 2 weeks troy, i`ll start a new thread.

other merchandise hasnt been discussed as yet.

theres 2 ways to do it, buy the stock and ship it ourselves which means holding maybe unbought mugs and stuff or letting members buy the printed items when required from the printing company.

still to be discussed in the com/

2nd option http://www.cafepress.com.au/ (sell on cafepress)

I like the second option but maybe discuss a 10% kickback for the club if purchased in a group buy through the club. This could be done as one club or through the State mods to have one postage.

Obviously I will leave it up to the committee, I'm just discussing.

i prefer the second option too, i dont want 50 ccj mugs in my cupboard :) (oh wait, maybe i do :P )

i gave the com the options, we`ll see what flies.

i think with cafepress the club sets the profit margin from zero up, maybe the printer will do a bulk discount, maybe not, we havent got to that stage yet.
