Yeah Chris, I wanted this specific exhaust, as it is (in my opition), the best looking option for our cars. I really like the look of the UR as well, but I prefer the CP-E as it doesn't do the 90 deg bend and split at the end. It probably makes no difference, but I still like the design the best. Looks like it would have very good flow characteristics, with very minimal bends compared to other systems. Don't worry, when I get this thing I'll be taking lots of pics and vids! There aren't a huge amount of vids of this exhaust, expecialy turbo back ones.

Got an email today from the owner of CP-E and MPS. Order is ready to go but they are snowed under over there :( At least I know this isn't a lie, I've seen it on the news. Seems like even the weather is trying to keep this exhaust from me!

I got my AEM intake in just before new years. Still 6 week delivery... I just had money coming back from pay pal. Told them to take a photo of a receipt that it was being sent to me, with a tracking number through Australia Post. Surprisingly a day before I was getting my money back, I got a photo and a Auspost tracking number and received my product. Worst company ever to deal with... If there is a new owner may be different. Though I only ever going to use Car Mods Australia now. Best customer service ever those guys... Just around the corner and always so helpful. If stuff will be 6 weeks they tell me straight away .. Awesome guys. I always just wait for my products because of their service.

Yeah buying through Paypal certainly has its advantages.

I actually got a tracking number on the weekend, checked it, and there is an order on its way from the USA to Australia! Woo! Looks like I might actually get this sucker! TNT tracking says it will land on 24th - fingers crossed!

Every time I open this thread I am expecting bad new and feel sorry for nic and all the problems he has to put up with...waiting 6 months for an exhaust is unacceptable...

Glad to hear the good news Nic...you will sleep like a baby tonight :-)

AHHHHHH!!!! Apparently the exhaust is there at the shop!!! :D *dance* *rockon*

Going to pic it up this afternoon!!!! Woooooooooo!!!!

Waaait - if experience has taught me anything, its not to get excited until I SEE it and KNOW its the right one. Can't help it though I'm feeling pretty chuffed right now. Its been a long 7 months. This beast will be going straight on tonight.

Exhaust is on the car!!! The new guy Daniel has been very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way through the order. He seems like a huge improvement over the last owner. Lets hope he can keep things going well at MPS Garage from now on.

As for the exhaust - with the stock cat its not too bad. Its very bassy. It kind of reminds me of the HKS exhaust I had. I decided it was too quite, so fitted the high flow cat. THATS BETTER! Damn it growls now, downshifts are gorgeous. Phone videos don't do it justice - it sounds awesome at full noise!

Yeah will try and get pics up tomorrow!

Hope your exhaust turns out good Chris. If you're not running a high flow cat you seriously need to get one - makes a huge difference to the sound.
