I'd take a photo, find the nearest Big W... Dick Smith... anywhere with printing service. Write on the back of said print and tuck that under their wiper.

I'd also consider the picking up and turning/moving. Centre median is there is one or Foot path.

Of course, I heard stories in the 80s of Year 12 students at a Private school in Sydney completely dismantling a teachers car (vw beetle) and re-building it on a second floor balcony. Another involved a Mini being carried INTO a building and placed outside the Teachers Lounge.
