Driving on the Gold Coast highway when I noticed a warning on my instrument cluster...

"Possible Icy Roads"

Seems if the ambient temperature is < 3 degrees you get this warning. You learn something new everyday :P

Oh and I'm also investigating a vehicle upgrade  but no promises lol

Is that the first time you have seen that warning mate , you northern members are really missing out us southerners see that on a regular bases :(

I went to Repco and purchased a 400mA solar panel and controller to help maintain my battery charge.

I will also add my 100mA solar panel to it .

Fitted front strut tower brace from VRX. Noice, corners are nicer :)
For every "Drive Safely" sign, shouldn't there be a "Resume Normal Driving" sign?

Just put some black foam or similar behind them

Hope this helps

I did the same as Mizta B.

Go to a computer shop and ask for the dark grey foam out of a mainboard box. It is the perfect thickness for the application :)

Wouldn't that just soak up moisture/wetness and be like a rotting decaying wet sponge?! Don'tlike the idea of that.... :(

Had a custom axle back exhaust put on.

Nice note and a shiny chrome and blue anodized exhaust tip!

Also, seems to have smoothed out the lag on my 2.4L VRX CVT Auto.

Possibly... I haven't had that issue yet, and they have been on over 12 months.

The other thing you could do is run some tape where the vent is going so it hides the colour of the car...
