The things have people say on King Springs has been a bit iffy. Some people swear by them and some people hated them. That's a reasonable price though :)

As you've posted this in the WA forum, I just want to double check that you have noted that it is Bayswater in VICTORIA not in Western Australia. You probably have picked this up, just thought I'd double check.

And it doesn't sit lower, the rear wheel arches are just smaller.

Generally speaking avoiding scraping is just a matter of paying attention more unless you frequent a terrible carpark or have a weird driveway...

I'd either do front and back or not at all. If you want handling improvements there are other options like sway bars, strut bars and better tyres.
