We dropped Ben's Girlfriend up there to get shots... there is one in the first lot of Ben's pics I think... he has a couple more too....

That is where that "aerial" shot is taken from I believe

Well I am home. Bloody nice drive home taking Sydney out of the journey!!

It was hard to get pics with the dish behind us, mainly because there are heaps of trees at the car park.

We found a place where we could get it in though :) I hope these pics satisfy your needs :P

Wendy's name slipped my mind... hopeless with names!!! Don't know how I got away with doing sales for almost 10 years!! Sorry Wendy!!

We someone out a sunroof getting dipper shots next time ;)

Poor David (vi93r) copped 2 birds on the way to Parkes, 1 on the way to the dish (popped the grille out) and 3 dirty great big stone chips from a turkey doing 140km/h that over took us on the way back to Sydney....

Lucky there wasn't too much damage :)

Yeah, was a brilliant drive up to Parkes (except for birds etc :P)

The dish is really interesting, and they have a few items in the reception which were cool to look at.

I am amazed how they got it all to work so many years ago, we are so lucky with the level of technology we have to play with these days.

Was a fun trip overall, might need to nickname the car birdeater though, I swear they see red and go attack!, prolly be leaving feathers behind for a week :P
Sucked getting stoned by the idiot though, and we ended up 1-2cars behind him for rest the way over and down the mountains, grab some touch up paint and shouldn't even notice hopefully, was bound to happen eventually.
Just need some more people for extra fun.
Most my photos are rather identical to already posted.
