Around the 12th would be my estimate

no eta yet could be 2-5years until a FINAL outcome has been determined, we are constructing a 110% bullet proof case, we are working on every aspect on this car and case, and building the case with both fighting and defending points of view to make sure nothing has been missed and we proof everything beyond reasonable doubt, and have 100% SOLID FACTS

It is a very tricky case that requires nothing less that 100% accuracy and that takes time, and time is money

I would love to know what you intend to get out of all of this. In 2 - 5 years this will be an obsolete platform, and given that the evo m and evo x forums are not reporting this issue I'm guessing it is not a manufacturing issue running through all evo x's.
Whilst you obviously have money you can throw at this (including buying a $60k new car for cash (says volumes how you throw that comment in) that is possibly defective by your reckoning) is it really going to be worth it? Really????

Agreed Erin, and why would you spend so much money AGAIN on a car you claim has so many faults?????

this is coming from the one who is now selling her evo on carsales after not listening to me when buying the evo with HIGH KMS, now look what u can get for the money u got your evo for not that long ago, (i bet your kicking yourself now) .....

reason is becuase ccj has a BIGGER EVO 10 comunity than ozevo

ive already had 1 person from oz evo come to me about this issue, and others from ccj, and more from word of mouth on the streets ( i know ALLOT of people)

anyways, i refuse to waste my brain cells on ignorant and arrogant people like you erin, BYE!

guys tbh im finding this hard to swallow aswell.
the damage on the car can not be caused by a low speed accident (it just simply cant)
as for a ayc error or a cv joint issue again the damanged caused is too extreme.
BUT!! regardless of what measures scott is taking best of luck to him in with he believes.
its a shame to destroy a new car and if you do scott make sure you let us pick off the remains of it.

if this is going to take 2 -5 years then tbh no1 will care by then.
