- EVO X Turbo manifold: $150
- EVO X Turbo Td05: $375
- EVO X Down pipe: 50$
- EVO X Cams : $70
- EVO X Intercooler = $150
- EVO X UICP and LICP = $50
- EVO X 560cc Injectors and Fuel pump = $200
- EVO X BOV and pipe
- EVO X Oil Cooler and Fittings
- EVO X INTAKE PIPE WITH MAF HOUSING= $35
- EVO X INTERCOOLER PIPES=$180
- Oil lines, feeds and so on.
- EVO X MAP SENSOR : $60
- Gauges ( Boost, Oil pressure..) : $50
-NGK Sparkplugs :$50
- Gaskets: $40
- EVO X FRONT PIPE;$50
-EVO X CAT;$50

Total spent = $1470

Few more things missing, but will update soon :)

Been talking to the mighty Bebble. And he thinks it will be pushing around the 160kw mark ATW. Tuning it on E85 might give it the extra 20-30kw.

With the RA turbo, should be running at 8-12 PSI, due to stock internals..

Due to being on P Plates, only a year left. I have to Black out the Intercooler and piping in the engine bay to make it look "stealth".

Pics of my build will be updated as soon as i get new parts and any progress :)

Big thanks to, Beeble (Adam), Steve, CJVRX (Daniel) for information and ideas :)

I hate to rain on your parade, but people in Aus have turboed their 2.0L NAs. driftnut is one that comes to mind.

COOL PROJECT THOUGH! Good luck man :D Will be following progress

3 bar MAP sensor is not a maybe, it's a must :)

Add to your list 1 step colder spark plugs, boost controller and new gaskets.

As I already told you, X fuel pump won't be needed, also scratch the fuel regulator cause our fuel system is returnless.

I'd consider a RA intake manifold too since yours is plastic.

Not needed for his boost level. Actually the plastic IM gives more torque.

I'll refrain from saying 'just buy a Ralliart', I'm sure you've heard it enough already, but really, if you're going to go to all the trouble why not put on something more than standard Ralliart or Evolution bits? If you're committed to turbocharging your car, then good on you and best of luck, but in my mind you might as well go all out with a bigger turbo otherwise you've just spent a lot of effort in building something you could've just bought.

He won't be able to run a much bigger turbo. He's obviously thought about it and gone with the TD-04 because he will only be running waste gate boost.

I don't know about you but with my RA I can easily loose traction on a hill with at very low speed and low throttle with AWD.

I'm not even going to start on the under bonnet temperature.

Nice! Thats what I was forgetting
The fuel pump is needed for it to be tuned on different fuel here in Australia :)

Correct:) For the power in going for in a fwd is enough
If I change the internals then we will crank up the psi :p
