Cant decide what to buy. I like white/blueish out put but then again I am moving to interstate (Roma) in two weeks, and will have to drive at night. Not sure what to buy. any thoughts?

I've been contemplating the PIAA Super white 4300k bulbs for ages now but I think these will do as I need to stop spending so much money :P

Please put me down for a set of low (HB4) and high (HB3) beams in the 'Blue Vision' spec.
