Sure Brendon, Just put your disc in the drive and wait for it to load the menu screen.

At the top right of the menu screen you will see two little yellow cog icons, labelled with a 1 and 2 respectively.

button 1 plays the cd as it records, button 2 just records without playback i think.

after you press one of those cogs it will ask you "which disc?"

then you press one of the numbered buttons on the bottom of the screen (1-5) to assign the virtual disc

Then it records!

also The disc icon on the bottom left corner will access whatever cd is in the disc drive at the time

Yes you do have to play the disc for it to record in real time. Button 2 allows you to copy in the background and then do other stuff like use the navigation.

If you stop the car it should resume from where the last song was recorded until it finishes copying the whole cd.

The GPS maps that Adam uploaded are an updated version of the igo software that came with the Head Units. I reckon they are better as well

I thought it was a great deal! About the only thing I did was transfer my money, give someone my details and a couple of weeks later it arrived!

I've bought heaps of stuff over the last 6 months, IMO Group Buy is probably the best way to get parts. Excellent value
