It's not the same kit.

If you look at the picture on the first post and the one you've linked to, look at the front lip corner edge just next to the fog lamp and how it's finished.

the one you've linked to has a sharp edge finish whilst the one we're getting is a little more rounded.

Also that kit you've linked to has no chrome bits at all.

My question to you is what's your point??
There are many Evo X replica bumper bars on the market.
Have you also found out what material the one you linked to is made of?

Easy tiger!

Thanks for pointing out it's not exactly the same kit.
I only posted the pic as someone may be curious as to what the kit looks like fitted on a Lancer and this one 'looked' similar :)

If you provide accurate information, then it's not so bad. But if you don't, I will have have to provide corrections as I have in this case.

Much ado about nothing aye?

The front bar will fit ok on the RA? I read in the first posts that it could be some minor dramas to fitt the fog lights

If the front bar is suited to the NA foglights, the RA ones will most likely not fit.

Guys whom have put an RA front bar on their NA need to get new foglights.

does the shape of the RA foglights differ so much ? as they both fit into the actual front bar and not mounted onto the chassis right ?

So would it not depend on how the front bar is equiped to seat foglights rather then which foglights your trying to install.

I only ask this in general as i feel its a valid question, otherwise correct me as i can be wrong.

@jmannewitz : This is where it gets tough.
We're primarily an Australian Club.
The group buy system works because we can get the numbers to buy directly from the manufacturer and everyone shares shipping to Australia. Onward shipping then goes on a state by state basis.

I don't think it's financially viable for you to join in since you would have to pay a share of the shipping from our manufacturer in Taiwan to Australia then I will have to dispatch it again from Australia to the USA.

All amounts to alot of money and no savings for you.

there's so many vendors in the states that can source it for you , and pretty sure at a cheap price aswell

if only we get prices that you guys get in the states :(

just for comparison , a german coilover KW V3 cost AUD$2999 here through Australian Vendor and it's under USD$2000 for the guys in the states.

Talk about 50% price difference

Ofey, is that a stage order, like when all the bonnets pay they get shipped, or is it when everything is paid for, everything is shipped?
