Its a pity because if Mitsu had Pearl White.. the Lancers would a ton more expensive :)

It's probably all the same to them.
As I said, it's really the base model ES/Activ/SX/RX etc. that has that cheap stigma. Where I work, we have a lot of white ES Lancers as well, so that fleet tag doesn't help either.

White Evo on the other hand, now that's sweet.

when we bought ours the yard was full of colors and the salesman was pushing hard for us to take a blue one but we had to special order and wait for a white one my choice and manual coralees choice -if it was extra for the white and the manual we would have paid more as it worked out our favorite combination worked out the most cost effective ...just lucky i guess love the white

White power alright!!

I have always like white or red cars. Lancer didn't come in a solid red, only that metallic one so it was white all the way. When I went to the dealer to get a good deal with some factory cash back and a few other thigns back in the day, they had a white and silver. Wife liked silver but I convinced her white was the way forward - it also makes the alloys stand out better as in silver they are almost the same colour as the car.

Preach it brother! *amen*

I've yet to see a white car that has the same level of deep reflection that a black one has...

Black is a pain in the arse to keep clean and shows scratches easily, but it is worth is in the end...

Im must admit my old lancer was black. When its clean its really clean and looks amazing... but every little mark shows. Happy with my swap to white. Someone should get a poll going on who has what color.

White shows black things better. You dont realize the build up of dirt much with white until you clean it or something brand new goes on that is also white...
