Updated the Ranking System to include
Lancer MASTER 1500 + Posts,
and also changed Lancer learner from 0 - 10 to 0 - 19 posts

Lancer Post Monster = 2,500 - 3,999 Posts,
and also Lancer Genius = 4,000+ posts.
