Bumper snapped, scratched headlight, smashed fog-light, front quarter panel bent right out of place and scratched to bare metal and mounting for the bumper may be bent or snapped.

fog lamps are around 350 (both come in the kit)
headlamps are around 360 each
bumper is around 500
350 for the front guard.
add around 200$ for various clips, mounting points, and brackets.


Then put on at least 1000 for painting and blending of the paint.

Then add the labor of removing the parts and putting them on ~300$ (full days work)

so your looking at around 3000 which is spot on with Belle_tb_ES's estimate.
