Castrol Edge Sport Titanium 5W30 5L is widely recognised as the best bang for the buck Engine oil for our NA Lancers. They usually RRP @ A$69.99

Image

Repco has if on offer till 20 May 2012 for A$52.99.
SCA also has it on offer for A$58.88.

Take a Repco catalogue to SCA and ask them to price match Repco (since they are both on sale).

What you then get is SCA then beating the Repco price by 5% leading to a final price of A$50.34.

If you want to take it further, gather a few guys (~6) and go here to buy a A$350 SCA Gift Card @ 16% off. So you only pay A$294 (delivered) for a A$350 value card.

With A$350 in credit you can buy about 7 bottles (yes you have to contribute A$2.22)

Now remember your A$50.34 per bottle price?
That now falls to: A$42.29 + (A$2.22/7) = A$42.60.
That's now 39% off RRP.

How's that for cheapskate?

ofey == Legendary Cheapskate.

Nothing nobody already knows.
Haven't you heard my perspective of eating at Maccas yet?
(story for another thread or chat)

In all seriousness, if you're due for a service in the next 6months, do yourself a favour and organise yourselves in each state to get yourself a bottle before some oil sheik in the middle east decides he needs to jack up the price of crude so he can buy himself another fleet of Lambos.

I would suggest to inquire how much a 205 Litre drum of oil costs.

It works out a lot cheaper then buying it in 5 Litre containers.
