Well this is embarrassing.... as bumblebee said "I'm betting something very simple is the cause" turns out he was right. It was a speed alert from my dash cam.
I have had this dash cam for over a year now and no warning sounds before so it seems I have inadvertently set a speed alert at 80kph. But as the sound sounded like it was coming from behind the dash I did not think of the cam until this morning.
So turned it off and of course no beeping beeping sounds.
Thanks to all that tried to help and replied to my post. Anyone want to but a Diagnostic Scanner haha only joking.

I was thinking Yesterday's
I wonder if it is a speed alarm app on the phone
As I have seen those

Didn't think of a GPS speed alarm

Glad we got it sorted out
And even better was it turned out to be something simple
