Honestly, I'd go RA. Yes, more people have RA's than a converted Lancer, but there is a reason. 
Even if you have a 4B11T in there with a TD05 making 220kw atw, you would have trouble putting it all to the ground without loss of traction and torque steer.
Also the SST is nice to drive and is just safer all round, especially in the wet also. I don't wanna know what 220kw at front wheels in the wet will be like, but can image it would be shit. I had 200hp at front wheels in magna and that was a pain in the wet. lol
