need rim ideas for my Lancer

so, as the title says I need some ideas.

I have a cool silver Lancer 2008 and it came with hubbies... So I need to make my wheels look half decent, does anyone know of some good brand rims to suit that aren't crazy expensive.

and by crazy expensive how much are you willing to spend, and do you need tyres as well, or just the rim

ROH are pretty good as well, they have some nice designs and they are decent quality.
I picked up a set of 18" for my RA for $1200 with rubber. seems fair to me.
