at about 60ks im ok i have a sore back but thats about it, i more worried about the car because it now making a horrible like cluncking chain noise and it have a service sign constantly on the screen

glad to hear ur ok, but i actually have an advise for you.

be very careful regarding ur health claim. u might not feel it now, but even if its something minor, report it to the insurance straight away.

my dad had an accident like this, and his neck started to hurt after a while, but because he said he wasnt hurt back then, it just made everything that much more complicated to process.

This is really good advice, you can never be too thorough when reporting to insurance companies.

60km/h would still hurt!!! Hopefully insurance will help you out!!

yeah im alright , i think its broken a engine mount or two as well , i have a sore back but that all

That sucks man, these things happen though, that's why we have insurance I spose.

Hope you're ok and as said above, make sure you be very very careful about your health claim.
My dad was in an accident years and years ago and he still has problems with his back because of it.
