You will need load resistors.

if you want to run white bulbs the Philips Crystal Vision are good there not ADR approved but the legal limit for Kelvin is 4300K and these are rated at 4300K but it,s to close to what it legal so they wont approve them

Illegal Kelvin range is when the lights become prominently blue, that is ~5500K+. Autobarn sells ULTRA design 9006 (HB4) 5000k halogens for $60 IIRC. The packaging claims to be E-marked (and hence ADR approved).

thats what i got in my car and there good have been pulled over a few times for RBT and the cops have said nothing about them but be warned there not cheap set me back $120 Philips do make ones that are ADR approved but there more yellow from memory there called BlueVision

Unlikely they'll mention anything about the lights unless its clearly illegal (i.e. blue/red in colour). There are a lot of people who get away with HID installs running 6000k setups in reflectors. Not condoning this, but unless the cop is having a bad day - you're probably going to be fine.

However if an accident is the cause of a non-ADR approved setup you're going to be in a bit of trouble.

does anyone know where i could get a set of Philips SilverVision T20 bulbs for the indicators in the headlight

I'm running some ULTRA SilvaTec's for the tail light indicators (same as front ones). About $12 or something from the UK.

I understand you need load resistors, but is the LED low beam legal?
what about fogies, if use LED does it mean it's no longer fog light but driving light? I saw something like that on vw forum but don't understand how change to LED will make it DRL

Hey guys I have recently ordered new low beam 6000k HID's and White fog light bulbs, and only just realised the parking lights on the side of the headlight...(WY5W 194)..does anyone know where I can get decent white bulbs from? Do supercheap or Autobarn sell them or will I need to check online?

Thanks mate! I thought so. But after seeing the first post I just wanted to check cos it says ...

Front side marker and parking light: 5watts bulb: WY5W 194
License plate: 5watts bulb: W5W 194

Wasn't sure if the wy5w was a typo or if it means the same as w5w.
