I got OEM DRL's installed in my 2012 ES with the standard bumper like the OP posted (Curving up fog light points).

They were pricy (~$450, I'm a sucker for OEM) but came with full instructions and all hardware for easyish diy and work perfectly with the car, dim with full headlight etc.

Well worth it as they add a bit of prestige to a basic car.

DRLs are great, not only to modernism the look but for safety.

If you decide to get the ones like mine here is a fog light kit, combined it's still cheaper than the other ones.

That said I do like the look of the OEM ones more, they are a little longer and don't appear to stick out as far as mine. Not that I really notice them any more and it's not like they get in the way or anything.

Thanks for all the helpful info guys and as Olivier said I'm too a sucker for OEM parts. At first I wasn't too sure on the OEM DRLs but after seeing how great Olivier's DRLs look I'm sold. Thanks again Olivier, I'll be sure to post photos once I've received and installed them. :)

has anyone actually had any experience with these? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MITSUBISHI-C ... rxybQBXbvw

they look like they are plug and play, can anyone confirm? OEM clearly isn't a big deal for me lol

I've bought that exact set and they arrive next week. From what i can read, plug and play essentially.
