if you got self leveling motor working, do you only need washers for HID's to be legal / unable to be defected as easily?

not doing it to the CJ but planning to strip everything stock off the Evo (If i end up getting it) and go from ground up with engine and cosmetics. and a retro-fitted, RGB halo/ projectors with ice white HID's tickles my fancy

i dont follow, the levelling motors isnt just motors, its gyros, ecu programming, an accelerometer its not as simple as motors, and yeah you need washers

the requiremnt for legal HID/LED are , 1: projectors, 2. autoleveling system, 3.headlight washer system
