White are the only ones you could legally have.

Blue are illegal as they aren't a permitted colour on any car and will earn you a defect notice. If the cop is feeling like a prick they can do you for impersonating a emergency/police vehicle too if they want.

If your gonna be driving with them on and its not just for show (i.e. undercar neons) yellow/white are the only ones you should consider.
