Smoked taillights are okay, but I don't think it's ideal for headlights mate. I highly reccommend you get Chrome / black headlights if you want the all clear.

If the tint restrict the light from the bulb i'm 100% sure they will be illegal, best way is call your transport department and check with them, otherwise you can get the black version and buy head light protectors and you can tint them or even make them black, day time perfect legal as long as the indicators are visible, and just take them off in night time
