Its your icing that got me stumped but I think I know how you did it! I think I'm wrong on the icing lol Oh well.

Well Kimmy Iam Not much of a cake Cooker *rolleyes* LOL But I will Have a go for the Fun of it and TBH a little help from my friends :o .....

OK Firstly .... Self-Raising Flour
Cocoa
Soft Brown Sugar
Condensed Milk
Eggs
Butter /Marg "Softened"


Topping .... Top & Fill Caramel & Choc .....

Well I am thinking Kim is young and use to doing things the easy way.

So I think Kim is using a pre-mix cupcake packet.


Ingredients:
cake mix
eggs
water
butter
milk

cupcakes:

150g Butter - softened
150g castor sugar
175g self-raising flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g chocolate chips

icing:

75mls thickened cream
125gms of cadbury chocloate

75mls thickened cream
125gms of cadbury white chocolate

Bring the cream to the boil, turn off the heat and add the chocolate, stir gently until chocolate has all melted. Place in the fridge until cooled and has thickened, rinse and repeat with whiote chocolate.

fold the two together and apply to cupcakes.

I don't care if that's Kims recipe or not :) I want them cupcakes. They sound yummmmmmmyyyy

lol @ troys guess...thats so something i do. but there is an even quicker way to make em. same principal as how u do pancakes with the shaker container.

I used to be a really good cook and now I take the easy way out with everything. Everything still tastes wonderful but I don't make many pies and cakes from scratch anymore. Mine used to be so much better than the bought ones but what ya gunna do when you are over cooking.

After 23 years and 3 kids I buy a lot. Especially when we move to a town with a decent cake shop. Sometimes you've got to do your own because the town cake shop is so disgusting.

Hmm So I guess I should have a go before time runs out..

Cupcakes
-pre made cake mix (Chocolate)
-Eggs
-Milk

Icing
-Icing mix ( from box)
-Butter
-water
-I also think Kimmy has added Caramel to the icing as well.
