The reason they gave is the fade out of the evos on the back is very hard to replicate... . So the further back you go (or lower down the shirt) will look bad.

It could be done, but not with just one screen of white. You'd want different solid shades of grey/black to do the fade out.

There would be extra separation screens so it would be expensive.

So yeah when designing for screen printing on clothing it's always better to use only 1-2 colours and all solid shapes/lines and no half tone.

Ahhh so that's why... . they were just saying it wouldn't be nicely done and could be really costly if we wanted to do it.

They don't mind taking money from me to do it though *wink*
