2014A - Aircraft Aluminium.....

Probably in a honeycomb style shape or lattice shape... possibly even from a casting process....? This would be in the internal structure of the wing.....

The two parts of the wing (top and bottom) and secured onto this mental with screws... possibly even over 20-30 in that size wing.

The wing would be secured to the boot of the car with 3, maybe 4 bolts either side, screwed into tapped screw mounts in the bottom section of the wing and boot interior.....

the 'step up' angle in the wing design would also give it aero properties, but it's probably more for its own structural stability when under load (at speed) but more importantly when at rest.
Cars spend significantly more time not going anywhere and if you've see a saggy rear wing, you know what I mean...

Seeing the picture and only skimming the thread for info, I first said the two halves of the wing - if made from metal, it would be pressed aluminium sheets - like how they do for car panels...
Or, if a plastic compound or similar, then either an injection moulding process (90% of most car interiors now-a-days) or perhaps and blow method as listed.

Aw thanks shadows. I appricate it even though I already have the visors lol. This is actually a really interesting topic, I had no idea how much goes into making a spoiler. Does the process have anything to do with corrosion resistance and precipitation hardening?
