new logo
4 versions of each;
* black bg, full colour logo
* black bg, 2 tone logo
* white bg, full colour logo
* white bg, 2 tone logo

option 1(left)
easier to read the 'CJ' in the logo

and option 2(right)
looks a more authentic shape
