I use this:

along with an app called "torque" or "torque pro" on the android network.
you can see live date, scan and erase codes, even datalog while recording a video in high def.

I bought one of these for my ASX. My ASX uses the 4B11 engine so should be the same setup as the lancer.

I also use the free version of Torque and it seems to work fine.

My only gripe with Torque Free is the lack of oil temp/pressure measurements. I guess they come with the paid version.

Yeah I also use Torque, I downloaded the full version using "4 shared app" for free :) its a great little programme and the logging is very useful!!

I've just ordered one of these online. Reads a ridiculous amount of parameters and also comes with some dyno-scan/virtual dyno data logging software. Once it arrives and I have a bit of a play I'll put a review up for everyone
