Dummy interior button and unplugged cable

Anyone know what the dummy button next to the ASC button do? it has a wire plugged into the dummy button and behind the dummy button there is a large pin plug (24 pin?) and was wondering both could be for

Pretty sure the smaller plug is for remote boot release switch , which you can buy a switch online to plug and play.
Big plug , God knows.

ahh but i have a like boot lever at the bottom of the seat so why have two?

I'd do this if you could remove the floor one without leaving a hole in the carpet.

I have HID's in my car and the adjustment is auto. I think it applied to some ralliart models. You also need the levelling motors within the headlights.

You also have to have the wiring in the plug at the headlight also. This thread talks about it

I dont think my headlights have that, i just had a quick look and it doesnt look like there is any extra wiring besides the wires for bulbs. Also behind the front bumper, below the hood latch there was this connector and was wondering what this is for?

Outside temp sensor I think. Unless its the sensor for bonnet open/close

Would this be for the fog lights actually? because i see the hood latch connector right by the hood release
