Hello all

I found someone who can supply me with the evo 9 replica spoiler, fitted and paint matched for $600, is this a reasonable price? I tried to search function and didn't really find anything useful.

Thanks alot

Paint matching is usually a A$150 job for a spoiler.

So really A$450 for a spoiler is about A$50 too much but then that's really for the uniqueness.

Thank you for the quick reply. When you say that the spoiler is $50 too much, do you mean for an Evo9 style or spoilers in general?

I was quoted some crazy amount, in the thousands for a genuine EvoX spoiler from Mitsubishi parts, which is why I am looking for the cheaper Evo9 style.

You could check out X-Factor for a Evo X one (OEM quality) or PMR for a fibreglass copy.

Yea, The x-factor ones are reversed engineered from the actual OEM ones so they would be closest in replicating it.

Check otu ebay as well.. seems to be a couple there.

Thanks for the info guys, but I think I will be sticking with the Evo9 style. Does anybody know of any other suppliers of the Evo9 style?

Dude you are going to be hard pressed to find one. I had one on my old Lancer but I got that fitted by the dealer so I'm not sure where it came from. I definitely recommend going for that style though, it looks awesome on the CJ. $50 ain't too much extra if it's what you really want, I'd say just go for it!

It'll look awesome!

Well the kit on Infinite's car was / is XDC.

PMR now have the rights to them. Not sure if they do that wing though....

Hey guys sorry for the late reply, the company I'm looking to purchase from is called AeroStyle. It's a really small company, pretty much only contactable by phone, I will post up the number when my phone charges up :)

I personally wouldn't spend (waste) the money on something like that?I think the Lancers look better without spoilers on them. And your sight through the revision mirror would be shoit at best. It'll be smack in the middle of your vision so you won't see everything behind you.
