and sif not get OEM switches :P i have a few different types, this one is for my (now in-car) garage door remote and it's from a 380.

you bought one of those switches and connected it to your garage door opener? thats sickk. but i wana get a switch like that for my neons, cause i dont like the toggle switch i have, where did you get them from?

nickbutterz, i got the switch from the wreckers (out of a mitsubishi 380 that one) but they are a common switch found in most modern mitsubishis from some later magnas to the tritons, outlander and lancers.

mine operates the garage door. i wired it up into my normal remote, which is now hidden behind the dash.

for your neons, find a switch that is not momentary (press and old to keep it on, most are like this). you can tell the one you want because the press on with a click then press off with another click. they do exist in that switch shape, i found one in a late-model magna, the hazard switch.
