Nice
That will help reduce the temps under the bonnet for sure

Looks great! On the 2.0l n/a with heavy rain would this cause any issues?

Zero issues on the NA I have one myself to reduce temperature under the bonnet
Direct swap out
Nothing to fear
And it's a heck of a less weight then the NA bonnet

I used to remove the slat in the vent to improve air flow but have put it back in. Sometimes I hear somthing slipping on engine start after parking in the rain. I assume the because the drive belt is wet. The driver side vent is on top of the alternator. I am not sure whether the alternator like getting wet. The battery side is fine as there is a battery cover.

Between $1000 $1300 for the bonnet off a wrecker

Put aside $50 a fortnight
You can have one in a year

Not cheap, guess many at wreckers are damage as the majority of crashes involve fount end crashes.

Have a chat to Jimmy at evolution racing spares, he can freight it up
In the grand scheme of things it isn't that expensive.

Get a Tactrix open port so you can hack the ecu and retune it

https://www.tiperformance.com.au/produc ... -ecuflash/

Probably the cheapest genuine unit in the country

And if you want to get really serious get a AEM 30-4110 wideband unit and you can go nuts with tuning it

Hey Lancer2014, that's a good looking front lip. Do you remember the name/where you sourced it by chance? I would like to freshen up my 08's front but I can't seem to find that is conservative like that one in AU.
Cheers.
